1. Worked with M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants from 1.2.87 to 31.3.89 as Audit Manager. Finalised statutory audits, systems audits, audits of foreign account packages of multinational companies like Vickers Systems International, Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd. , SKF Group, Hindustan Lever Ltd. Apart from above conducted tax audits and statutory audits of Telco, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd. and Carona Ltd.
2. Worked on deputation with KPMG-Peat Marwick, Malawi for a period of nine months in a truly international audit environment with international reporting systems.
